About Douglas Knight Sunblinds

Our company was founded in 1970 by Douglas Knight and has remained a family concern ever since; Douglas retired in 2000 and we incorporated with Manchester House Blinds to expand and move ourselves forward, operating across the south of England, Home Counties and London. We also have a shop in Emsworth, Hampshire and a factory in Southbourne, Hampshire.

We are still true to the family company roots and believe our customers want to have the finest blinds provided at honest prices by friendly and helpful staff; we feel all our customers should be treated as we would want to be.

As a company we have chosen to support our customers throughout the life of the products we provide them, and reward them for their loyalty with a quality product which will last longer, require less maintenance and is therefore better value than our competitors.

With our attention also focused on quality of service and product we are full members of the British Blinds and Shutters Association and hold full Working at Height certification. We manufacture products to International and British specifications.
